Use the intercom at the entrance to reach the front desk, and our team will buzz you in. We have reserved tour parking in spots 43 and 68. After entering the garage, proceed to Level 2 and park in one of these spaces. From there, you’ll see three elevator bays serving our three towers. Please enter the Wewatta elevator bay and press 1 to head down to the front desk, where a member of our leasing team will be ready to greet you.

Base rent, internet and utilities. Other fees, if applicable, are parking fees, storage fees and/or pet fees.

Yes, we have 4 EV chargers. They are charge point. .18 per kWh. Resident access only first come first serve. 5$ an hour after 8 hours of charging.
